On My Way In To Work Today January 17, 2006 I Noticed a Boom Truck Putting Cells On The Cell Phone Tower. I'm Like Hay What Do You Know There Working On It. I Went Up There and Stopped. I asked Them What Company The Tower Was For and They Told Me It Will Be For Cingular. A Company Named Opti Puts Up Towers Open To All Carriers. Verizon Was Trying To Get Their Equipment On This Tower Because They Have No Service Out Here But They Needed To Go To The Town To Borrow Money and they where Denied. So This Tower Will Not Be Helping Verizon Carriers- Sorry. Tower Venture Is Waiting To Here From Sprint Or AT&T. One Of Them May Also End Up On The Tower As For Now Cingular Has Their Cells On The Tower but The Power Meters Have Not Yet Been Installed So The Tower Still Has No Power. I'll Have More Updates Soon. I Don't Know Why It Was Held Up Or When It Will Be Working But I Will Post It Here When I Get The News. It Has Taken Them A Hole Year To Get The Cell Up So Don't Hold Your Breath. The Pole Was Put Up Sometime In February Of 2005.
